Who We Are Looking For
Compassionate individuals with a desire to help others and make a difference every day.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
No experience necessary – we welcome new graduates and seasoned professionals alike. We pride ourselves in our proprietary training materials to set you up for success.
Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
Must pass a background check and drug screening.
Possession of a driver's license and reliable transportation is a plus.
Bilingual abilities are highly valued.
Provide non-medical in-home care to our clients.
Assist with activities of daily living such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
Perform light housekeeping tasks, meal preparation, and medication reminders.
Offer companionship and maintain a safe home environment for our clients.
Document care plans and monitor the health and wellness of clients.
